RSICC Cost Recovery Fee


RSICC RATES EFFECTIVE October 1, 2017

The charge for each software package is a distribution charge to help defray part of RSICC’s expenses in packaging, export control compliance, licensing, and distributing each software package. This cost recovery fee is non-refundable. The cost recovery fee for those individuals that require more extensive export control and nonproliferation reviews will be $750 while the cost recovery fee for those individuals that do not require the extensive reviews will be $250. An invoice will be emailed to you if the cost recovery fee is required. Advanced payment (in U.S. currency) must be by check written on a U.S. bank, postal money order, PayPal account or any method that PayPal provides, including debit and credit card. RSICC does not accept purchase orders or wire transfers. If payment is received via wire/bank transfer, RSICC will deny future services to both you and your organization.


The Radiation Safety Information Computational Center (RSICC) is a Department of Energy Specialized Information Analysis Center (SIAC) authorized to collect, analyze, maintain, and distribute computer software and data sets in the areas of radiation transport and safety. RSICC resides in the Reactor and Nuclear Systems Division (RNSD) at Oak Ridge National Laboratory.
