Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute, Daejeon, Republic of Korea through the Nuclear Energy Agency Data Bank, Issy-les-Moulineaux, France.
Microsoft Visual C 2.0; PC Windows (P00584IBMPC00).
KCUT is software to generate minimal cut sets for fault trees.
KCUT expands a fault tree into cut sets and deletes non minimal cut sets. KCUT takes Boolean equations as input so that a fault tree should be converted into Boolean form.
Size and complexity of the fault tree.
Depends on the complexity of the fault tree model. Most of the standard KCUT examples take from a few seconds to an hour.
