This code was compiled and tested at RSICC. The package was 
tested on  RedHat Linux using ifort 12.0.4 Intel and 4.5.1 GNU 
gcc compilers; Windows 7 using Intel 11.1 and MacOS 10.7.2 using 
Intel 13.0 compilers.  To compile under GNU gcc compilers the 
user will be required to make simple edits to the src.
