This code was compiled and tested at RSICC. The package was
tested on  RedHat Linux using ifort 11.1.064 Intel and 4.5.1 GNU
gcc compilers.  Windows 7 using Intel 11.1 and MacOS 10.7.2
using Intel 12.0 compilers.   The executables were also tested
at RSICC on the above systems.
