P-CARES was tested at RSICC on a Pentium 4 CPU 2.26GHz running Windows
XP SP2 by running the developers' executable that is included in this
distribution. Source code, sample cases and NUREG/CR-6922 are also included.

Expand the distribution file to your computer, then click on Setup.exe 
to install and create a pcares2 folder. Section 4.1 of the NUREG report 
in the "manual" subdirectory provides a short tutorial and details on 
system requirements.
