To install COMPASS, click on the CSetup.exe file and follow the
online instructions.  See the "COMPASS Readme.txt" or readme.txt file 
for specific installation instructions.  Default installation is to
c:\Program files\COMPASS. 

To run the program, click on COMPASS.exe.  Extensive on-line help 
is available, including a "How to Use COMPASS" guide. 

COMPASS was tested at RSICC on a Micron P3 650mHz with 128 MB Ram
running Windows 2000. Since COMPASS is completely interactive, no
source code is provided.
