The user can enter the desired directory and type the following command
to untar the SUGGEL.tar file. 

tar -xvf SUGGEL.tar


SUGGEL contains the source, a script to build the executable (cplk) and 
3 test cases (in directories ag109, al27 and u235.) The subdirectories
include a script called runsuggel, input and output files, and data files.
