EPIPE (CDC) was transferred to RSICC in 1999 and was not tested at that
time. It was developed on a CDC under the SCOPE operating system and
requires a Fortran IV compiler.  It was originally submitted to NESC in
1990.

EPIPE (CRAY) was converted at the NEADB from Fortran 66 for CDC systems
to Fortran 77 for Cray systems.  It was transmitted to RSICC in 2000
from the NEADB.
