INTALLATION NOTE: (WINDOWS 95 or better)
To install the program and databases for SARA 4.16, insert DISK 1, access drive from a DOS Window, type "INSTALL.BAT" C: (for installing to C: drive) and files will self-extract.  For DOS 5 or higher, insert DISK 1, access drive, type "INSTALL" press <CR>.  The files will self-extract.
