On Unix and Linux systems the following command will extract and expand files
to a subdirectory called "njoy99".  Substitute your CD drive name for /dev/rst0.

uncompress -c /dev/rst0/p00480mnycp00.tar.Z | tar xvf -

To expand the DOS files to your hard drive, assumimg your hard drive is c: 
and your CD-ROM disk drive is called a: 

c: 
a:\p480dos0.exe -d 

The preceding command extracts files to your hard disk by executing .EXE with 
the -d switch to restore the correct directory structure. 
A subdirectory called "njoy99" will be created.
