TEMAC was developed at Sandia National Laboratory to run on a DEC Vax
8650 in 1986 and was transmitted to RSICC through the Energy Science 
and Technology Software Center in 1999.  

No executables are included with the package.  See the reference 
documents for details on package execution. Because no VAX machine 
was available, TEMAC was not tested at RSICC.
