SRVAL was developed at Oak Ridge National Laboratory in 1982 to run
on an IBM 3330 and was received through the Energy Science and
Technology Software Center.  No executables are included with the
package.  See the reference document for details on package execution.
SRVAL was unsuccessfully tested at RSICC due to numerous compilation
errors caused by FORTRAN upgrades.
