TORAC was developed at Los Alamos National Laboratory on a CDC
Cyber 170 and was received through the NEA Data Bank.  An executable
is not included with the package.  See the documentation for details
on package execution.  Because no CDC machine was available, TORAC
was not tested at RSICC.

Note:
The documentation states TORAC also runs on a CRAY1 running CTSS.

Under UNICOS5.0, TORAC reads input data from the standard input unit 
and writes resultsl to the standard output unit.  Restart informaiton
is written to FORT18.  (Noted by L. Reed at NESC, Dec 14, 1990.)
