PCC/SRC was developed at Sandia National Laboratories in 1984 for a DEC 
VAX and was received through the Energy Science and Technology Software
Center.  An executable is not included with the package.  See the
documentation for details on package execution.  Because no VAX was
available, PCC/SRC was not tested at RSICC.
