To extract the files from FUELS.EXE, type the following commands
where a: is your floppy drive and c: is your hard drive.

c:\
mkdir fuels
cd fuels
a:\fuels   

FUELSDATA was developed at Idaho National Engineering Laboratory
to run on a CDC Cyber170 and was transferred to RSICC through 
the Energy Science and Technology Software Center. A Fortran IV
compiler is required.

FUELS DATA was tested at NESC in 1984 and was not retested or 
modified when transferred to RSICC and released in March 2001.

An executable is not included with the package.  See the 
reference documents for details on code execution.
