To extract the files from FIRAC.EXE, type the following commands
where a: is your floppy drive and c: is your hard drive.

c:\
mkdir firac
cd firac
a:\firac   

FIRAC was developed at Los Alamos Laboratories and was received
through the Energy Science and Technology Software Center.  An
executable is not included with the package. See the documentation
for details on package execution.  Because no Cray was available, 
FIRAC was not tested at RSICC.
