Batch files are included on diskette 1.  Alternately one can open a DOS window
and copy the files from diskette to a hard drive and type:

copy/b zipfile.001+zipfile.002 fep.zip

The ZIP file can then be expanded with any PKUNZIP software.

The package includes executables, but no source files are included.

FEP 4.16 was submitted to ESTSC in 1993.  It was neither modified nor 
tested when it was transferred to RSICC and released in January 2002.
