To extract the files from ORINC.EXE, type the following commands
where a: is your floppy drive and c: is your hard drive.

c:\
mkdir orinc
cd orinc
a:\orinc   

ORINC was developed to run on an IBM mainframe.  The files are
transmitted on diskette for convenience.  No executables are
included with the package.  See the reference document for details
on package execution.  

When the ORINC package was transferred to RSICC in 1999, the
source was compiled on an IBM mainframe.  The code was not 
tested at RSICC because no sample case input and output were 
provided.  RSICC packaged the files as received.
