*Files  1 through 3 contain 80-character records;
 File   4 contains 132-character records and may need to be viewed with
	    a word processor due to the way it was transmitted on tape.

 The files have not been modified since they were tested and initially released 
 by NESC in 1989.  The package was transferred to ESTSC then to RSICC and
 rereleased in January 2002.

 The sample problem output on the transmittal tape was created by executing
 ORSMAC on an IBM4331 under the VM/CMS operation system. To do so, the FORTRAN
 REALMN and the last input value (TWFIN-problem finish time) on input card 5
 was changed from 150. to 5100.
 
 The output does not represent a converged run. Approximately one hour of 
 the CPU time would be necessary for the sample problem to converge on an 
 IBM3033, and much more time would be required on an IBM 4331.
