FRAPT6 was developed on a CDC Cyber 176 at EG&G Idaho and received
through the Energy Science and Technology Software Center. Executables
are not included with the package. Because no CDC machine was available,
FRAPT6V1 was not tested at RSICC.

The package contains some references to FRAPT6V13.  The NESC 
tapelist refers to this package as FRAPT6/MOD1, so this identification
will be used at RSICC.  No reference to Version 13 could be found in the 
electronic files.  The main program is labeled "PROGRAM FRAPT6".
