HSIDRG was developed at the Office of Nuclear Regulatory Research at
the NRC in 1996 to run on an IBM PC.  It was transferred to RSICC
through the Energy Science and Technology Software Center in 1999.  
The source code was written in C++ and is not included in the package.
See the reference document for instructions on code installation.  

The interactive program was tested at RSICC on a Dell Pentium 100 PC
in a DOS window under Windows 95.
