To extract the files from PHAZE1.EXE, type the following commands
where a: is your floppy drive and c: is your hard drive.

c:\
mkdir phaze
cd phaze
a:\phaze1   

PHAZE was tested at RSICC on a Dell Pentium 100 PC in a DOS window
under Windows 95. Executables are provided with the package. See the
documentation for details on program compilation and execution. PHAZE
was developed at Idaho National Engineering Laboratory and received
through the Energy Science and Technology Software Center.
