The ORMGEN3D Fortran source, test case input and output are transmitted on 
diskette.  The code ran on Cray computers under Unicos5.1.  This package
was not altered or retested when it was transferred to RSICC in 1999. Test
case 3 was not incuded on the transmittal tape.

Because of changes made to the ORMGEN3D source after the publication of the
reference report, NUREG/CR-2997, Vol. 1, output for some sample problems 
shown in the report is incorrect.  Correct output is contained in the
electronic files.  Noted by L. Eyeberger in October 1991 at which time 
the NESC tested and packged ORMGEN3D.
