dBASE III software is required to use these programs.

GCI is written in a user-friendly, menu-driven form.  This index is made 
up of one record each for all bulletins, circulars, and information notices, 
including revisions and supplements from 1971 when such documentation 
started through 1986.

The dBASE III software (or equivalent) is required to run this package.  
GCI was developed under DOS 2 and first submitted to NESC at Argonne National 
Laboratory in 1989.  

ESTSC sucessfully tested the program in September 22, 1992, on an IBM 486 
compatible personal computer under DOS 5.0 with FoxPro/LAN 2.0. The tester 
at ESTSC noted that two data bases are included:
GCIDATA1 from 1971-1985 and GCIDATA2 from 1986 - IN9145. 
These files had to be renamed one at a time to GCI 
for the programs to execute.

GCI was not tested when transferred to RSICC and released in October 2002.  
RSICC made no changes to the package.
