To extract files from COBRA???.EXE, type the following commands where
a: is your floppy disk drive and c: is your hard drive.
c:\
mkdir cobra4i
cd cobra4i
a:\cobra???    (where ??? is either CDC, CRA, or IBM)

COBRA4I was received from the Energy Science and Technology Software
Center.  It runs on a CDC-7600, CRAY, and on an IBM-360.  The files
are transmitted on diskette for convenience.  Executables are not
included with the package.  See the documentation for details on
package execution. COBRA4I was not tested at RSICC.
