PC to SUN INSTALLATION:
To install RETRANS, place diskette in drive a:; FTP (binary transfer) tar file to
SUN subdirectory "SCRELA".  Decompress files by typing "tar xvf SCRELA.TAR"
See README.TXT on transfer media to compile source and execute sample problems.

Note: Tested on a SUN SPARC 60 w/SunOS 5.6 and compiled with f77 version 4.2. 
The REFLOOD and BLOWDOWN executables were tested using the sample input files
Ref.inp and Blwdwn.inp, respectively.  The comparison with sample output files
received from the NEA (original workstation version) showed differences of 
(<1%) except in rare instances (ie. transient critical flow rates).  
Use of this program on computers other than the SUN may result in significant 
numerical differences and the user should verify proper installation and execution
by checks against the sample output files.  

The RSICC changes to two FORTRAN files, TPHCV_B and TPHCV_R, at line 28, were made to 
allow FORTRAN compilation and are denoted with "RSICC" in the side margin.  These 
changes were to allow compilation and execution on a IBM 3084. No further changes 
were made to the SCRELA source programs for execution on the SUN Workstation.
