REFLUX runs on an IBM mainframe.  The files are transmitted on
diskette for convenience.  See the documentation for details on
package execution. No executable is included with the package.
REFLUX was tested at RSICC on an IBM 3033.

To install code:

Insert diskette into floppy drive.  Copy REFLUX.EXE into directory
where you want the code stored.  After copying file, cd into directory.
Type REFLUX and the files will expand into the directory.  Transfer
the files to the IBM mainframe.
