HAARM-3 ran under NOS/BE 1.0 on CDC CYBER73 and under SCOPE 2.1.3 
on CDC7600 computers. This version was tested at NESC on a CDC 7600 
in March 1980. A CDC executable is included with the package.  
It was neither modified nor tested when transferred to RSICC 
and released in October 2001.

Insert diskette into floppy drive on your PC. Copy HAARM3.EXE into 
directory where you want the code stored.  After copying file, 
cd into directory. Type HAARM3 and the files will expand into the directory.

The files are transmitted on diskette for convenience and will not run
on computers other than CDC without user modifications.
