To expand COMMIX-1B files on a PC, cd into the directory where you want the 
code installed.  Place the diskette in the floppy drive and copy the files to
the directory.  Type COMMIXIB and the files will expand into the directory.

COMMIX-1B was received from the Energy Science and Technology Software
Center.  Due to time constraints the COMMIX-1B code was not tested at RSICC.
