To extract files from KFIX.EXE, type the following commands where a: 
is your floppy disk drive and c: is your hard drive.

c:\
mkdir kfix
cd kfix
a:\kfix


KFIX-3D runs on a CDC-7600 computer.  The files are transmitted on
diskette for convenience.  Source files are in FORTRAN IV format.
No executables are provided with the package. Because no CDC computer
was available, the package was not tested at RSICC.

This package was released by NESC in 1982 then transferred to ESTSC and 
then to RSICC in January 1999.  Files were not retrievable from the media,
but the NEA Data Bank in France graciously submitted their package which
was obtained from NESC.  Hence, the files in this package are from the 
NEADB NESC-0877/01 package.
