ROLAIDS is part of PSR-315/AMPX-77.  Users may substitute this version
of ROLAIDS for the original version.  As of this release date, a
workstation version of AMPX-77 is not available; and because of this, 
ROLAIDS-CPM was not tested by RSIC.  Refer to p.9 of the 
document ECN-R-93-016 for more details.

To extract the files:

1. create a target directory
2. from the target directory...tar -xvf /dev/rst0 (replace rst0 with the 
   appropriate device id)

The files will require about 4 MB of storage.
