SCAMPI runs on Unix workstations and linux machines. To facilitate 
installation, makefiles are included for IBM RS/6000, Sun, DEC Alpha, 
HP and Linux. Approximately 25 MB of disk space is required to build 
the executables.

This package release was not compiled at RSICC, and it is distributed 
as received from the NEA DB.  No executables are provided.
