Note:  The executable code was tested at RSIC on an IBM PC/AT under DOS 3.3.
       The contributor compiled and linked the source with the
       Microsoft QuickBASIC 4.5 compiler.

       The October 1991 update was a complete replacement of the LPROBIT 
       package with LOGNORML.
