The code was compiled at RSIC, using Microsoft Version 5.0 under
the DOS 3.3 operating system.  The Assembler subroutine  was not
compiled at RSIC.  The executable program AXMIX.EXE is provided
by the contributor. It was tested on an IBM PC/XT, 4.7 MHz under
DOS 3.3.  A math co-processor is not necessary, but is recommended.
