     The files pertaining to  ACTIVE-PC are distributed on one
360 kb diskette . PFORT.EXE and PMISC.EXE are in compressed form.
To decompress, simply insert the disk  in drive and type:
     PFORT
Repeat the procedure for PMISC.EXE.

The code was tested at RSIC using an IBM PC/XT with a math co-
processor, running under DOS 3.3.  ACTIV.EXE requires a math
co-processor.  The FORTRAN sources were compiled with RM FORTRAN
Version 4.2 compiler and linked with the PLINK86 linker (RM FORTRAN
Version).
