Note: The code was compiled and linked on a VAX 8810 at NEA Data Bank,
      France under the VMS operating system.  For the PC version,
      the IBM Professional FORTRAN version 1.0 can be used.  A math
      co-processor is necessary  (DOS 3.2).
      The code was tested at the NEADB and was not retested by RSIC.
