 Note: The source file in this package run on both PC and Vax computers.
       The code was compiled and tested at RSICC with a Pentium PC running 
       Windows95a in an MS-DOS box with Lahey 5.2 And using the VAX/VMS 
       FORTRAN compiler Version 6.3.  It was also run on IBM RS/6000
       with the xlf compiler 3.2.5.4 under aix 4.2.1.
