      Note: Disk 1: IBM Professional version.
            The source codes are written in Fortran 77 and compile with
            the IBM Personal Computer Professional Fortran Compiler,
            Version 1.0 under DOS 3.1.  An 8087 math coprocessor is
            required.  The code was tested on a PC with 640K memory.

            Disk 2: Microsoft version.
            The source codes are written in Fortran 77 and compile with
            Microsoft Version 3.31 compiler under DOS 3.1.  An 8087 math
            coprocessor should not be required.  The code was tested on
            a PC with 640K memory.
