ECIS06 was developed at CEA/CEN Service de Physique Theorique, Saclay,
France. RSICC obtained ECIS06 through the OECD Nuclear Energy Agency Data
Bank, Issy-les-Moulineaux, France where it is distributed as NEA-0850/18.
The package contains executables for Windows and linux, and it includes
Fortran and C source for recompilation on other platforms.
The syntax USEAGE is: ecis06 OUTput
