FAMREC was developed at EG&G Idaho, Inc. in 1979 to run on a CDC 7600
and transferred to RSICC through the Energy Science and Technology 
Software Center.  No executables are included with the package.  See 
the reference document for details on package execution.  Because no
CDC machine was available, FAMREC was not tested at RSICC.
