**SUMMAT REORDERS GAMLEG OUTPUT INTO ANISN FORMAT AND PERFORMS MIXING
  CALCULATIONS.


The source and data files in this package were originally generated on punch cards 
and are in the older 026 BCD punch. The files contain only 4 characters that need 
to be translated.  However, other changes will probably be required to the old 
Fortran source file which was created in 1975 so that it will run on newer compilers.
