Windows users can extract from the distribution using WinZIP 8 or newer.

This library of differential neutron dose albedo functions are distributed
in ASCII files readable on many computers.

A Fortran program to evaluate the 24-parameter differential neutron dose 
albedo using a new albedo approximation is included. The source code and 
a Windows executable created with Lahey Fortran 90 are in this distribution. 
The code reads ASCII data files (created from tables in the reference) for 
the parameter of the albedo approximation. These input files are in the 
same subdirectory as the code. 

The ALBEDOS program was tested at RSICC on a Pentium 4 CPU 2.26GHz 
running Windows XP SP2.
