To install the PC version of IEAF-2001, insert CD-ROM, access drive and 
double-click on "d217DOS0.exe" to extract to C:\IEAF subdirectory 
(default).  The following files and directories will be created:

   08/01/2002  09:49a      <DIR>          ENDF

To install the Unix version of IEAF-2001, type the following command:

   gzip -dc d217tar0.tgz | tar xvf -

The IEAF directory will be created along with the following files and
subdirectories:

The IEAF-2001 data library can be processed with standard ENDF processing 
tools such as NJOY. No Fortran source codes are included.
The expanded data will be in ASCII files.
