Note that most files have long filenames that do not conform to DOS naming
conventions. MAKXSF can be used to convert them to binary files which will
be smaller, but MAKXSF and MCNP require that filenames conform to DOS conventions.
Review Zz-bolibJef22.inf and the Readme.* files for a description of libraries.
The D00203MNYCP01 RSICC package is the same as the NEA-1616/04 package.
This package was released by RSICC in November 2003.
