Note:The XCOM 1.3 program was tested at RSIC on a Northgate 486/50MHz running
DOS 6.0 with 8MB memory and on a P5-120MHz with 16MB memory under Windows95.
The source codes in xcom1.3 were compiled and linked at RSIC using
Lahey F77 version 5.1 on pc and f77 on IBM RS/6000.
