This database was released to ESTSC in April 1994.  It was later transferred 
to RSICC and released in August 2001. No changes were made to the data at 
that time.  HPPOS was tested at RSICC on PENTIUM III 600 MHz computers running 
WINDOWS98 and WindowsNT. No source code is included with package.


			     INSTALLATION
At the DOS prompt, type:  MD C:\HPPOS and press Enter.

Insert the diskette containing the HPPOS software into the diskette drives 
and type: B: and press Enter (for illustration, the drive designation containing 
the software is B).

When B: appears on the screen type PKUNZIP HPPOS.ZIP C:\HPPOS and press Enter.

For approximately three minutes, the program will load onto the hard drive.


                        USING THE HPPOS SOFTWARE
To run the software, change to the hard drive containing the software by typing 
C: and press Enter. Type CD\HPPOS and press Enter. Type HPPOS and press Enter.

Read the README.TXT file for more information on the database contents.
