To install, place INSTALLATION DISK No. 1 in the disk drive and enter

         SourceDrive:INSTALL SourceDrive: DesignationDrive:

Where SourceDrive is the letter of the floppy drive containing the distribution
diskette and DesignationDrive is the hard disk; e.g., A:install A: C: will
execute INSTALL to transfer the files from drive A: to drive C:  Please follow
the instruction given by the installation code and read the introduction in the
file README.NUC.

and SPLICE 1.3 software from Ziff Communications Co.

NUCDECAY was tested at RSIC using the included files on a Northgate 486/33 
running MS-DOS 6.0. The included source files were compiled with MSFortran 5.0.
DEXRAX has been modified since issuance of ORNL/TM-12350. 

In the April 1995 update, the DEXRAX code was enhanced; the install program
was changed to make it easier to use; data were not modified.
