Note:     The data were checked at RSIC on a VAX 6000 Model 420
          under VMS 5.5 operating system using the CHENDF6.8 retrieval
          code (CHECKR utility).

          No retrieval program is included.  However, the CHECKR utility 
	  of CHENDF 6.8 was used to check ACTIV87 at RSIC; and the following 
	  problems were found with the data.

               1) "File 2" is incomplete
               2) Some materials were out of order
               3) Some materials were repeated or misplaced
