1.  FCXB2B   FOR     4183 - FORTRAN 77 source for BCD to binary
                            conversion.
2.  FCXB2B   INP       82 - input to FCXB2B program.
3.  FCXB2B   EXE   419280 - executable program in binary form.
4.  ANISN    OUT   230653 - output from ANISN-ORNL (CCC254H)
                            corresponding to ANISN.INP, and using the
                            binary library created by FCXB2B on the
                            FCXSEC1.BCD data. The binary library
                            must be copied to ANISN4.DAT before running
                            ANISN-ORNL.

Notes: 1. The executable code was tested at RSIC on a Northgate PC 386
          at 20 megahertz under MS DOS4.01 and with 4 megabytes of memory.
       2. The contributor compiled and linked FCXB2B  with the Lahey
          F77 EM/32 version 4.00 FORTRAN compiler and the Lahey/ERGO
          OS/386 version 2.1.05 operating system.
       3. The ANISN-ORNL code used is the CCC-254H version, a PC 386
          and 486 version .
