Notes: 1. The executable code was tested at RSIC on a Northgate PC 386
          at 20 megahertz under MS DOS4.01 and with 4 megabytes of memory.
       2. The contributor compiled and linked BCD2BIN with the Lahey
          F77 EM/32 version 4.00 FORTRAN compiler and the Lahey/ERGO
          OS/386 version 2.1.05 operating system.
       3. The ANISN-ORNL code to use is the CCC-254H version, a PC 386
          and 486 version .
